Couples like you book me because they want great photos of them and their wedding experience, without all the usual fuss and distraction that is often associated with wedding photography.

I specialize in documentary wedding photography, capturing only what really happened: the genuine moments and undeniable emotions—the laughter, the tears, as well as moments you might actually want to keep offline, and I do so without making a big deal about it during the day.

Whether your wedding is in Toronto or a destination abroad, my mission is to document your day exactly as it happens. My motto is moments over perfection. Nothing fake, no awkward posing, just you, enjoying one of the greatest days in your life.

Hey there, I’m Andreas.

I'm a Toronto and destination documentary wedding photographer.

A recent client this year told me: "Show up, leave me alone, take loads of good fucking photos and leave when you’re done"…and you know what? that basically sums up my approach when documenting a wedding.

From intimate celebrations with close family, to large scale multi day events with hundreds of guests, my method of photographing a wedding is the same each time: put people at ease, and capture candid, relaxed photos of everyone having a genuinely great time with you.

These are shown in black and white. Do I shoot colour? Yes, of course I do, and your wedding gallery will have colour as well.
