“Andreas understood the assignment - plenty of candid “documentary style” shots that capture the essence of the moment.”

1: Inquire today.
You will hear back from me today, likely within the hour to let you know if I’m available.
If I am, we’ll go to the next step. If I’m not, I’ll still let you know. No point in having you wait.
2: If I’m available.
If your date is still available, let's chat. A quick call helps us both decide if we want to hang out together at your wedding. We’ll get to know one another a little bit, share some stories, and talk about your wedding plans.
3: Review and Approve
After our call, I'll send you a pre-signed contract detailing the services, deliverables, and outlining all the little details.
Because I often have multiple inquiries for the same date, I pre sign the contract and my booking policy is “first to sign”.
This entire process is easy, secure, and can be completed on your phone.
A signed contract and payment of 50% of the balance is required to book your date.

Let’s make this easy. Rather than present 8 different “packages” that are basically the same thing, I photograph your full wedding day from start to finish and charge one price for that service.
This is what you will get from me:
Rehearsal attendance and coverage
My full and undivided attention from the start of the wedding to when I slip out at the end of the night after the first dances and some of the party(or around ten hours of coverage).
A fully edited set of photographs in a blend of true to life colour and black and white, ready within about two weeks of your wedding
Access to view, share, order prints, and download the high-resolution files from a password protected gallery with 24/7 access for one year.
A matching set of prints, shipped to your home, so you can look at your photos without a screen.
No hidden download fees, extra charges, or surprises. The price is the price.

You’ve already decided that your wedding isn’t about stiff poses or fake smiles— you’re here because you know your photos shouldn’t be either.
You want real moments, not a copy of someone else’s Pinterest page. You want to feel something when you look back at your wedding photos.
And that’s exactly what I deliver - one of a kind, and deeply personal photographs.

How do we book you?
Once we talk, I will send you a contract and invoice. The contract needs to be signed, and the 50% retainer paid in full to secure your wedding date.
This can all be done on your phone. Can we request specific photos of important people—even if they’re not candid?
Absolutely. If your uncle is flying in from overseas or your grandmother means the world to you, I’ll know that ahead of time. We’ll talk through everything in the lead-up to your wedding so nothing meaningful gets missed. I’ll even coordinate with your planner if you have one, and help with timeline suggestions if needed.
Are you a “fly on the wall” photographer?
No. That sounds good in theory, but it rarely works in real life. The best candid photos come from trust and comfort—and people relax more when there’s a friendly human with a camera, not a shadow lurking in the corner. I engage just enough to create space for real moments to happen—and then I step back and capture them.
Can you travel to shoot my wedding?
Yes. While I’m a Toronto-based documentary wedding photographer, I live in Fergus, Ontario with my wife and two daughters, and most of my weddings happen in Toronto, Niagara, KW, and Muskoka.
There are no travel fees for weddings in those areas—I drive an EV. For weddings requiring flights or overnight stays, I simply add the actual cost of travel to your invoice. Simple.
Do you also shoot colour?
While I love black and white (always have), every wedding album has images in colour and black and white.
Do you offer drone or videography?
No.
Do you work alone or with part time photographers?
I photograph all weddings on my own, and despite what you may have been told, 99% of weddings can be photographed like this.
How long have you been shooting weddings and what did you do before?
20 years, a few hundred weddings, eleven countries. I worked as a designer and photographer commercially prior.
Will you do photos of the two of us or our families on the wedding day?
Yes. It’s not a big portion of the day though. You’re paying a LOT of money to have this incredible day, and the last thing I want to do is make you do these standing in a group photos over and over and over….god! I usually need a maximum of 15 minutes to knock out a few photos of the two of you and your close family on both sides.
Due to the highly personal nature of each wedding commission, I only book weddings after a conversation to ensure we’re all on the same page and there’s a connection.
