BOOKING INFORMATION

01 — CONTACT

Fill out the contact form, send an email or call/text me If I’m available on your date, we’ll move onto the next step.

02 — RESPONSE

If your date is available, we’ll schedule a time to talk over the phone. I will let you know if I’m available the same day I get your inquiry message. We’ll get to know one another and go over your wedding day plans. If I need to modify my quote based on the details of your day, I will send that updated quote to you that day to review and approve online.

03 — SECURE YOUR DATE

The contract and payment process is done online as well.A 50% booking fee along with the signed contract will secure your date. Payments are made via e-transfer.

04 — CONNECTION

Leading up to your wedding day, I’m available to connect with you at any time. Feel free to connect with me if you have any questions throughout the planning process. A few weeks before the wedding date, we’ll have another call to review the schedule of the day together.

05 — THE PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS

On your wedding day, consider me a guest. I’m there to observe and document, not to make the wedding day about me or the process of being photographed. The formal photos of the two of you, and your family members will be made quickly without much distraction so you can get on with enjoying the day with your friends and family.

06 — THE FINISHED PRODUCT

I personally photograph, edit, and deliver the final product. Depending on the time of year, you’ll receive your gallery of photographs within four weeks. Sometimes sooner. You’ll receive a link to a private gallery where you’ll be able to view, share, and download the high resolution print ready images.

A set of prints will also be shipped to your home.

I normally deliver anywhere from 300-700 photos from most weddings.

EXTRA DETAILS

Travel isn’t charged for most weddings. When I have to travel far, or stay overnight, there will be additional charges, and those will be included in your quote.
