By immersing himself in the wedding experience, and committing to capturing moments of authenticity over anything staged or posed, Andreas’ images challenge the preconceived idea of what a wedding photograph must be.
Andreas creates photographs that are truly unique to that event and moment in time, made completely organically, without any intrusion or direction. These authentic photographs showcase the human connection exactly as it took place.
For the past two decades Andreas has photographed multi-cultural weddings locally in the Toronto area, as well as abroad. His approach allows his clients to enjoy their wedding day without distractions, or any added stress.
While the majority of his work as a photographer has been spent documenting private wedding celebrations, he reluctantly calls himself a “wedding photographer” — mostly because the work he creates doesn’t follow the styles or trends within the wedding industry.
Andreas is a documentary photographer who focuses on capturing the energy, people, and overall experience of this once in a lifetime moment in our lives.

Once I confirm if your date is still available, we’ll schedule a time to have a conversation to get to know one another and review your wedding plans.
On the wedding day, my presence is one of a guest — meaning I don’t make the wedding day about me or about the process of being photographed. My approach is relaxed and fairly low key, allowing you to enjoy your day completely as you envision it.
Rather than direct or stage anything, I’m there with you to simply observe and document what the experience of your wedding day felt like.
